As a City Storyteller, you have made a powerful commitment to work with your fellow City Storytellers to strengthen your city through journalism, media, and other forms of communication.   At The Citizens Campaign, we want to be sure that we are living up to the promise that we made to you, by providing you with the support, tools, and resources to help you achieve success. The purpose of this brief survey is to get your feedback, ideas and input so that we can help maximize your success.

The following questions should take 10-15 minutes to complete.  Please read each one carefully and answer each questions as honestly as possible.  If you have any questions, please raise your hand and someone will come over right away to assist you.
