civilyspeaking_(1).pngDo you love your neighborhood? Care about what happens in your community? Interested in being a part of making a difference in your own backyard?

Let’s Meet-Up, get to know others who want to build strong, vibrant communities! You’ll meet folks who are citizen journalists, professional reporters, editors, PR reps, bloggers, podcasters & more – learn how YOU can get more involved in YOUR COMMUNITY!

Each month we bring in guest speakers and peers to offer their wit and wisdom on local issues and public policies that affect you and your community.

For the month's meetup we are excited to have "New Jersey's busiest open-government activist" John Paff. John chairs the New Jersey Libertarian Party's Open Government Advocacy Project and is a member of the board of directors of the New Jersey Foundation for Open Government.   You can learn more about John's work on his blog, NJ Open Government Notes.

Join us on Wednesday, April 2 to discuss public policy issues and how you can access the training and tools you need to have an impact on what happens.

The goal of our Civic.ly Speaking Meet-Up is simply to empower you to build a stronger, more vibrant community – if that sounds good to you then let’s meet-up!
