As reported in the Bergen Record, County Executive Kathe Donovan promised to stand for strong pay-to-play reform, and she did by vetoing the sham law adopted Wednesday. With a stroke of her pen, the County Executive has sent a strong message that she puts the taxpayers before the county bosses.

Please send Kathe Donovan a thank you note and tell her she is doing the right thing. It's not everyday you see leadership this bold.

Her email address is countyexecutive@co.bergen.nj.us.
